Sulfites content is minimum, just the necessary. Minimal quantities are added during vinification due to the tannin protection during wine life (higher content of tannins in Tinta de Toro). Experienced with reserva wines with more than 25 years old.
Wine Tasting:
The wine has a vivid, brilliant colour with an attractive ruby tint and an ample.
Well-open nose on lovely, fresh red fruit and cherry aromas mingled with more complex notes of spice and clove.
Highly expressive on the palate, it quickly opens out on round, crisp tannins that underpin seductive wild berry flavours, especially blackberry, with a slightly mineral touch.
The rich and generous finish, striking a fine balance between a well-rounded structure and an attractive range of flavours, perfectly expresses the pleasing nature of the appellation.
